adagosto
Question for all you 4CM power users... I have a Vox AC30 now and it has 2 guitar inputs (Normal and Top Boost). It would be super cool to leverage both of those inputs when connected with the Stomp XL using the 4CM. But how? Can that be done? My current setup is with a Stomp XL and it is connected to the Vox via the 4CM. I'm also using external pedals in the FX Loop R. I do that with a slitter cable that comes of of the HX Stomp SEND. At that point I split that and the TIP side goes to the Vox instrument input and the RING side goes to some pedals and back into the Stomp RETURN R. But, in my case I now want to split the TIP into two cables with one going to the Normal channel and the other going to the TB channel. I kinda don't think this is possible with the Stomp itself, but I could do this with an A/B/Y external switch. Effectively that external pedal would be the amp channel changer. BUT, is there anyway to do this using the Stomp? THEN, assuming the answer is no....what about the Helix Floor? Could that do it? I kinda think yes, but I don't know for sure... Any smart folks out there that can explain how to do this?

magic__berries
Did you find a way to make this work with the helix floor? I'm looking into the exact same scenario. I want to use the 4 cable method, but I also want to be able to switch between normal and top boost for clean or grit. Even on the clean channel, I may put some distortion effects that I can turn on or off on the helix floor, but when I switch to the top boost channel, I want to use the natural break up in the Vox itself.
