pmata73 Posted March 26, 2022 Share Posted March 26, 2022 Hello, I need urgent support with the "white noise" level in most of the presets (existing ones and created by me), that made my Helix Rack unusable. The configuration is very easy, only the USB to my MacBook Pro for HX Edit, the connection to Helix control and as output a pair of high quality 1/4" cables connected to my Universal Audio Apollo Twin Duo. Is it a defect of the Helix design or there is any specific configuration to get rid of the noise and focus on the sound? I really appreciate your support. Many thanks.
