jawabass Posted April 15, 2022 Share Posted April 15, 2022 I updated to 3.15 a month ago. Two weeks ago my Helix Floor rebooted a few times on its own. That hasn’t happened since. Now today, i was playing thru headphones, and the volume would drop and come back. It did that a few times, sometimes going all the way out. Any thoughts? rd2rk Posted April 15, 2022 Share Posted April 15, 2022 Backup anything you don't want to lose. Perform a Factory Reset: If that doesn't work, reflash the FW using the Line 6 Updater. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS!!! Many of these type problems result from users not reading and FOLLOWING the update directions EXACTLY!
