Why is Helix Native not working on Cubase 12? Windows 11

Hi,

 

By simply saying “it is not working”, you haven’t given us much to go on in order to help you.

 

Try this.

 

If this does not provide the solution, then you will need to supply all the relative information regarding your issue.

 

The other course of action is to raise a ticket with Customer Support, but they will also need the same sort of information to be able to assist you.

This is a user group - no members of Line 6 staff monitor these forums.

Locating Helix Native in Cubase/Nuendo For Mac   Launch Cubase or Nuendo. Go to Devices -> Plug-in Manager -> VST

 

I checked, it is like in the photo. It still doesn't work

I haven’t used Cubase for many years, but I thought the problem might be with the DAW rather than HX Native.

 

A quick check on the Cubase forums revealed this thread:

Also, you should check that Native has not been”blacklisted” by Cubase when it scans the plug-ins.
