jscalo
My Helix 3.0 user's manual says: SHORTCUT: Hold ACTION and press a parameter knob to quickly remove any controller assignment (including the Snapshots controller). The value appears in color, indicating no controller is assigned to it. But I'm not getting this behavior. For example I have a Simple Delay whose feedback time is controlled by snapshots, so it appears as "[80ms]". If I press and hold the Action button, then (while still holding Action) press the feedback time parameter button, it just changes to the default, "1/4". If I then change it back to ms, the brackets come back. Is there a better way to do this from the board?
rd2rk
Forget the ACTION part. Press and hold the parameter knob. Set Controller (knob 2) to none (or whatever) or change the value.
