HX Stomp: Planning Snapshots to Land On

Hi. I’m getting into writing tunes that move between presets. Each preset with three snapshots. 
 

Is there a way to program a move to a different preset where you land on a specific snapshot or do I need to set up the snapshots so that the one I want to land on has to be in a specific location?

Either make copies of the presets with different default Snapshots or use a MIDI Controller to send the PC# + CC#69 Value 0-2.

Thanks. I’ve been considering going MIDI with the Stomp. 
 

And thanks for mentioning default snapshots. Did a little digging and found out the default is the last one you made changes to. Didn’t know that.

It's actually the one you were on when you last SAVED the Preset. This matters because if you've got Global Settings>Preferences>Snapshot Edits set to RECALL you can make changes to all of your Snapshots without saving until you're done. You could easily SAVE on a different Snapshot than you intended.

Note also that at any time you can simply select the Snapshot you want to load with the Preset and then SAVE without making ANY edits.
