Is customer support on holiday? My Helix won't boot.

I submitted a support ticket on Sept 5th, but have not heard anything back yet at all.  Not even the robot email acknowledging receipt of my support ticket. 

 

Support Ticket 435788

 

My Helix floor unit screen is blank, and the scribble strips only glow  when turned on.  I tried 2 different resets...to no avail.

Did you check your Junk mail folder?

Go to the L6 website and pull up the ticket to see if you missed their reply.

Bump the ticket if they haven't.

If you're in the US, call them.

 

DL the latest L6 Updater. Does it see your Helix?

If YES then reflash the FW.

If NO, see the contact suggestions above.
