Not even the robot email acknowledging receipt of my support ticket. Support Ticket 435788 My Helix floor unit screen is blank, and the scribble strips only glow when turned on. rd2rk Posted September 9, 2022 Share Posted September 9, 2022 Did you check your Junk mail folder? Go to the L6 website and pull up the ticket to see if you missed their reply. Bump the ticket if they haven't. If you're in the US, call them. DL the latest L6 Updater. Does it see your Helix? If YES then reflash the FW. Plus I already bumped the ticket there. I will check to see if the L6 Updater recognizes the Helix and reflash if it does.
