jpspoons
Most of the advice I've seen about getting Helix output levels to hit amber on the Powercab LED talk about setting levels per preset by adjusting amp channel volume etc. If most of my presets are pretty even output levels already, is there any reason NOT to change the digital output level in global settings and effectively change all presets at once? Thanks.
guitarman_nebr
That is what I do. My presets are all leveled so I put the main output gain all the way up (an easy twist to the right and forget it) then adjust at the powercab. I wish they would have chosen another LED color between green and red. that orange is just too hard to detect in a live and active stage. However, you are correct...I say leave those presets alone.
