jvictorcf
Hello. Maybe I've missed the memo, so excuse me if this is a silly question: are line 6 no longer selling POD Studio interfaces (like the UX1 and UX2)? I've been using them for quite a while and recommended them to someone who's starting out, but I've noticed they're more expensive and rarer. I've also noticed I can't find them in the Line 6 website. If so, do you know if Line 6 have replaced them with another product? Is the option just to go to another brand for sound interfaces when I need to change mine? Thank you.
silverhead
I hadn’t noticed before but I think you’re right. The audio interfaces are now listed under Legacy Products with the statement that “These products are no longer manufactured, but still may be available in stores.” I don’t see any replacement products in the current lineup. CC51
Wow, they did so well with software and the interface business is doing well? CEO decision or the Profits just not worth keeping it going? The UX8 was killed off but an awesome piece. I compared it to several other brands. The Line 6 UX2 was able to work well, add outboard preamps to Line In and a perfect 2 track unit. Again all the PODFARM Guitar sims and Preamp Sims, amazing deal. Line 6 supports all the old Legacy stuff really well though and my units work fine on Windows 10 and I still use Line 6 Monkey and the Gearbox/PodFarm. Maybe just not enough business cash$$? Definitely not the Products fault. A great product. ...but even Neuman stopped making the tube U47. So death of another great products is probably all business and accounting related. RIP..... UX2 got me into this computer recording!
