POd Go Wireless import preset problem

HI, I've recently bought a pod go wireless and have downloaded pod go edit along with a number of presets to add to the pod from the line 6 marketplace.

 

When I went to upload these new presets to the pod go I had the message 'the device specified is not the device connected?' Also the new presets that I've imported won't play or come through my output systems. They load onto the pod go, I can see them and the parameters but there is no sound coming from the outputs. Is this normal? Have I downloaded incompatible presets??

Sorry - I'm not familiar with POD Go wireless units. I think the channels just need to match, not be any specific value. Your POD Go wireless device trasmits on a specific RF channel. I don't know what that is or how to find out, but the Global Setting for Wireless input needs to specify the same channel.

Hello, I recently bought a pod go and I downloaded some presets and stored them in my downloads. I successfully downloaded them but when I tried to import them into pod go edit, I couldn't find the preset file i wanted to import in the files menu in pod go edit.
