Vres
This doesn't happen too often, maybe twice a month, but it was definitely worse in the past, with my previous UX1 and a POD Studio GX, on different laptops. The audio suddenly cuts off when I'm watching video content for example. Upon unplugging and plugging the Pod to the USB port again, the LED light on the POD is red, doesn't turn green, and I have to restart the computer so I can use the Pod. Disabling and enabling the device on Device Manager (Windows 11) won't work. I'm trying to understand why this happens and is there a way to fix the issue without having to restart the computer. silverhead
I would investigate the PC’s Sleep settings. Does it disable the USB port or audio?
Vres
It has nothing to do with sleep settings. I've specifically turned off USB device power save. I suspect this tends to happen if the UX1's sample rate is different from the content I consume, but like I said, it doesn't happen often. Also because of differing sample rates, sometimes all audio is all mangled up (even Windows' own sound effects) and simply going to device settings to change the driver format fixes it (or even choosing the format I already use).
