When i bought it there was an offer of a free tutorial for Line 6- Helix essentials I believe . I dont know how to access this and haven't heard anything further from Line 6 about this. I contacted Guitar Guitar when indicated I should hear for one 6 but it's been 3 and a half weeks now. Any advice or experience out there? Anyhow, I simple typed "Helix essentials" onto Google and got this - U.K English link here: https://uk.line6.com/helix-essentials/ You mentioned GuitarGuitar - I guess you were referring to guitarguitar.co.uk who do list the Helix Essentials Sessions on their website. Strangely enough it also features an orange coloured arrow and orange coloured text in capital letters which says "VIEW OFFER". Click on that and it takes you to the same link that I found. In that case, as Guitarguitar are promoting this on their website you should contact them and chase it up. They are plugging it and you are not getting what is advertised as part of the deal. Your only other option is to pursue this with Line 6 Customer Support, as this option is currently only available to buyers in the U.K. and Germany. It looks as if it is organised by Yamaha Music GmbH, so you could try contacting them too. Ultimately, if your are seeking guidance with using your Helix and creating tones, try hitting the black dot, containing a white question mark in a white circle, in the lower right of this page. From the next page follow this link to Helix video tutorials, especially the ones featuring Jason Sadites - he has a stack of stuff on YouTube from basic to advanced tutorials. The whole thing is a promotion by Yamaha Music Europe GmbH, therefore I suggest that you contact them again and this time attach a copy of the T&Cs that they (Yamaha Music Europe GmbH) have specified as the promoter of this deal. If this doesn’t work then I’m not sure that I would bother to chase it any further. It’s a 45 minute “one on one” basic run through of the hardware. If you want to get familiar with the workings of the Helix there is a ton of stuff available free on YouTube and directly from Line 6.
