Helix Native shows up in Cubase/Windows 10 but splash screen stays empty

Hi,

I have a strange problem. When i select Helix Native in Cubase 11 / Winwows 10, in the VST Inserts tab i can find it and start it.

After that, it logs in succesfully but the splash screen stays emty. Only showing "Helix Native" (on black background with some blue graphic linework).

Not showing the usual interface... How to resolve?

Is it possible that you may have an SD Card inserted in your computer? I ask because many people who have experienced the blank screen issue how found that the SD Card is the problem. See this thread from a while back.
