DeepSetSyd
Hello. Every time I open pod go edit on my pc it asks if I want to upgrade to the latest version, 1.40, from 0.00. I've said yes and been through the install 2 or 3 times and get a success message and done a factory reset but if I close the software and open it again it wants to upgrade again? When I start the Pod Go Wireless unit it says it has 1.40 on board but the PC doesn't recognise it. I assume I have upgraded properly? Is this a known problem? Thanks. silverhead
Try uninstalling all older versions of POD Go Edit (especially the drivers) and then reinstall the latest.
DeepSetSyd
I've only ever had this one version installed, it's the first Line6 product I have had.
silverhead
I would open a support ticket (follow the Support link at the top of this page). It’s unusual for version 0.00 to be reported. Alternatively, if this is a new product you could inquire with the vendor about replacement.
