Spider V 20 drivers & Spider V Remote - 404 Not Found When Attempting to Download?

Hello,

 

I've recently purchased a Line 6 Spider V 20, and it's a great little amp! However, I was trying to get it set up to use on my PC running Windows 10. I plugged the amp in via USB, and went to https://line6.com/software/ to try downloading the drivers I need. However, after accepting the EULA, I'm taken to the download page for a few seconds before getting a 404 -Not Found page. No download is initiated each time.

 

I tried the Spider Remote app, but got the same 404 message. Has anyone else run into a similar issue? I was looking forward to livestreaming with the amp as an audio interface, and would like to give it a go!

We're sorry to see you run into trouble. Please try again with the latest version of the Remote app, but only after you update your Spider V firmware to version 2.01. Version 2.00 made it so that the Remote app wouldn't work with the Spider V 20 amp.
