zrkrlk
Hello, Does anyone know how to upgrade Mission EP1 to SP1? I have two EP1 pedals, so I would like to upgrade one of them. I think the EP1 has pre-drilled holes for the socket and switch, I wonder what type of switch and socket I should find? If anyone has experience it will be helpful, thanks, regards to all. Hi, The best place to ask about what type of switch and socket you require is Mission - they make 'em. Although, looking at the User Guide it doesn't seem too complicated:- "Connections The EP-1 and SP-1 use one or two 1⁄4” outputs marked OUT1 and OUT2. OUT1 is the expression pedal and OUT2 is the footswitch. The footswitch is not installed on EP versions. Connect OUT1 and OUT2 to your device using 1⁄4” TRS-TRS cables. Connecting OUT2 is optional and maybe omitted if the footswitch will not be used. Note: OUT1 and OUT 2 require the use of cables with a single TRS connector at both ends. A mono TS cable or insert cable that has both TS and TRS plugs will not work." Hope this helps/makes sense

There is a Mission switch upgrade kit on sale, it costs 25usd, but it is a TRS connection, I think it is for standard Ep1, so I thought that there are people here on the line6 forum who have already done such modifications
