New to Helix - Native is missing some distortion models 3.51 installed.

Hello all! I have the Helix Floor and I use Ableton Live 11 Standard + Helix Native.

 

I have installed the latest versions of firmware for the Helix Floor (3.5) and Helix Native (3.51). 

I exported some presets from the Helix Floor via HX edit (also latest version), and went to import them into Native but got an error "Models specified in preset is not recognized. [code -8312]".

 

I have some distortion models (Heir Apparent (native v1.80) and Kinky Boost(native v1.10)) that are in my available models on the Helix floor, but I do not see them in Helix Native. I'm curious as to why this is and if anyone can help my get the missing models added as I'm sure there are tons of other models that are missing as well.

Check the hardware compatibility (HC) mode in Helix Native. Set it to Helix Floor.

Solved.

Thanks - I tootk another look - and even though I downloaded and installed 3.51. My native versions was showing 1.00 - So reset the macbook Pro and reinstalled - all works.  Thank you!
