Yes.

Use an INSERT cable (1/4" TRS to dual mono TS). Take the TIP to the Compressor INPUT, take the output from the Compressor back to Return L (FX loop L Block), then use the RING (Send R Block) to your amp's RETURN. This method takes your stage amp's preamp section out of the signal chain but allows you to route as you described within the block/dsp limits of the HXS. The stereo fx are summed to mono at the Send R Block, and the Dry Thru is OFF so that only the stereo signal with the Cab applied goes out the Main L/R Outputs to FOH. See attached demo preset.

If your amp does not have an fx loop, your problem is that the HXS amp would be going into your stage amp's input, not ideal.

The workaround would be to have identical FX on both paths with the addition of the HXS amp and cab on the FOH path, which would take too many blocks and too much dsp.

If you want full use of your stage amp's preamp section (assuming that it has an fx loop) you'd need multiple FX Loops and separate outputs for your amp and FOH.

IOW, you'd need a full-fat Helix.
