lalonstrings Posted March 29, 2023 Share Posted March 29, 2023 Facing problems in my hd500. Screen stuck to line6 logo for several minutes. Then comes all tone but no footswitch works properly then. After 45 minutes or so it works normally. But during gig time it collapses. I have changed ICs and usb IC. Updated the firmware as well. But nothing happen. Please suggest what to do. I suggest to find and try another power supply, the original DC-3G or another equivalent with the same specs: 9V DC, 3A (3000mA) Plug length: 15mm, Diameter: 5mm, Center Pin (negative): 2.5mm note that 3A (3000mA) are necessary only if your unit is powering also a Variax, otherwise 1100mA (or more, not less) for the POD alone should suffice original DC-3G: .and below here a tested working good and cheap alternative: UpBright 9V AC/DC Adapter Compatible with Line 6 DC-3g _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ All about POD HD500/X help and useful tips Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
