EdMifs68
I have just installed and updated my HX Edit to version 3.60, but the new amps, cabs & effects are not showing in the list.
silverhead
Have you also upgraded the Helix device firmware to v3.60?
EdMifs68
I have an HX Stomp XL not a Helix, is there an update for that? On HX Edit it says there are no updates.
silverhead
Yes there's an update. You may be on a specific version of Mac OS where a bug in HX Edit is preventing notification of an available update. Download and install the v3.60 firmware file to your computer then run Line 6 Updater and choose 'Install from File'. The bug will be fixed soon. There is currently an issue on macOS Ventura 13.3.1a where the update does not appear in HX Edit. Here is a workaround.... 1. Backup your device in HX Edit 2. Close HX Edit and open Line 6 Updater (grab the latest version here if you don't have it already) 3. Update your device 4. Reset your device 5. Return to HX Edit 6. Select File > Restore From Backup

I didn't need to reset, they were visible after updating HX Stop XL.

It fixes the recognizing updates issue so you shouldn’t have to go through this procedure again.
