livedead
Native newbie here and I'm confused. I'm sorry if this answer exists as my searches have come up short. Helix Native in Logic on my M2 MacBook Pro only shows the list of stereo reverbs from the pilot's guide, but does not show the other ones that are on the Floor, and Mono is grayed out (no Legacy option, these look like the Legacy options on the Floor)? I've tried making new tracks as mono, etc., but same thing. Reinstalled Native, same thing. On my other MBP the options match the Floor. Any ideas where I'm going wrong on the unit that only shows the Legacy models?
silverhead
Check the Hardware Compatibility setting in Helix Native.
livedead
Thanks for the help. So Line6 manual says to click on the gear icon to do this, but I don't have a gear icon anywhere in the Native window. Any ideas?
silverhead
You should find Hardware Compatibility settings in the Preferences window, in the bottom left corner of the main Helix Native window. Perhaps you need to maximize your window to see it?
livedead
Really appreciate the help. Came to realize that on the downloads page, I was choosing "Helix" as the hardware, and when doing so and clicking Go it would take me to 1.0. Finally figured out how to get that all offloaded, and did they download without selecting any hardware and then Go took me to the current version of Native. Now I've got the gear icon and all the stuff.
