Ducker88 Posted September 10, 2023 Share Posted September 10, 2023 Tried to Update to 3.60, i did Update helix edit to 3.60 before Updating. Update failed during proces. Now all i get is “boot failer, entered update mode”. i have tried to Connect with HX edit, with helix updater program, six different USB cables, removed HX edit, tried online and offline, tried update mode on helix (and all other modes), i CANT CONNECT WITH MY HELIX IN ANAYWAY! please note that connection worked just fine before the update fail, and it always have been working fine. do i need to send it to a service center to g’et the problem solved? best regards Anders Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

However your description suggests that you are knowledgeable about the correct procedures and have tried all the usual recovery procedures. At this point I would open a support ticket.
