Justin_1238 Posted November 4, 2023 Share Posted November 4, 2023 Line 6 helix native, will not let me switch setlists, or snapshot, I can drop the menu to change setlist to user setlist bit it only selects what behind the menu and does the same with snapshot, due to this I am unable to use user made patches. and I am not able to sign in because of this issue. Did you already have a copy of Native previously installed and fully functional, or is this a completely new installation. This information is important - We are not psychic. I have recently seen posts on the PreSonus forum regarding these symptoms occurring after updating Studio One Pro to version 6.5. If this your DAW, you should update to v 6.5.1 which was listed as a fix on November 1st. Hope this helps/makes sense.
