CustomTone Preset download issues.

Hello,

When downloading presets from CustomTone, the file extension I get is .svl6p. Does this mean the tone will not work with my Helix floor?

Helix presets have the file extension .hlx, so the presets you mention are not Helix presets. When using Customtone you can filter the search to select only Helix compatible presets. Use the All Products field at the top of the page.
