tacoma50 Posted January 1 Share Posted January 1 I have a HX Stomp XL with FW at 3.70 When using HX EDIT and switching between some purchased presets I get this error message: FAILED TO LOAD PRESET TIMEOUT WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM DEVICE. (code -8212) At which point I need to restart the STOMP and HX EDIT. All the presets work, and normally I can switch between them with no problems in HX EDIT. But this occurs sometimes. But this occurs sometimes. Hi, This crops up every once in a while - just type 8212 into the search function on the main page of this forum and see how many hits it returns. IIRC, best guess is this is due to a corrupt preset. Here’s a link to one of those other posts from a while back.
