3.71 update not working

hi everyone,

 

I tried to update my HX STOMP XL to 3.71 but the operation wasn't finishing (after several time), so I was forced to turn my Helix off. Now the Helix is not working: when i turn it on the loading doesn't complete.

When seeking assistance from Forum users it's a really good idea to supply as much information as possible regarding your computer and operating system. Also with this sort of thing - Google is your friend, as you will find others who have posted previously and may already have a solution in that thread, rather than starting another one.
