Nomen00
I would find it useful if there were an option (checkbox in Pod Go Edit per preset, maybe on the volume pedal screen) for "Zero volume on load". When enabled, when user switches presets the volume would automatically set to 0 until the volume pedal is zeroed out (heel down).
silverhead
Not sure I understand fully but it seems to me that you want to avoid unexpected volume level changes after switching presets, and you solution would be to add the described feature. Seems you want to be able to set the volume to zero on each preset change and then use the action of placing the pedal in the heel position to re-engage the volume control. So you are planning to rock the volume pedal to zero after every preset change and then reset it every time to where you want? If that's your preferred way of doing things you can already do this. Simply set Global Settings -> Switches/Pedals -> EXP 1/2 position parameters to Global. Then rock the pedal to the heel position before, not after, every preset change, and that will ensure that the volume always tracks the pedal position and will always start at zero since that's where you've positioned the pedal. Or perhaps I misunderstand your intention....
