ilcocodrillo Posted February 3, 2024 Share Posted February 3, 2024 Bonjour, J'ai un PC (tout neuf) sous Windows 11, j'ai réinstallé Helix Edit dernière version et tous les pilotes qui vont bien (Donc tous les pilotes sont à jours). Lorsque que j'ouvre HX Edit j'ai un message qui dit que l'Helix n'est pas connecté, bien entendu il l'est et j'ai essayé d'autres câbles USB et tous les ports USB du PC. Dans le gestionnaire de périphérique j'ai un triangle jaune indiquant un problème devant l'Helix (donc le PC le voit bien mais ne communique pas avec). J'ai essayé de mettre à jour le pilote sans succès. Heureusement j'au une carte son Focusrite qui me permet d'enregistrer malgré ce soucis. Le seul test qui me resterait éventuellement à faire est d'essayer avec un autre PC mais vu que mon PC est neuf, je ne pense pas que ça ne changera quoi que ce soit mais je ferai le test qd même par acquit de conscience Je pense avoir fait le tour de toutes les solutions "simples" à ma portée pour solutionner cela mais sans y parvenir. Auriez vous qqs idées supplémentaires ? Bonne journée. Laurent Hi, have a (brand new) PC running Windows 11, I reinstalled Helix Edit latest version and all the drivers are fine. When I open HX Edit I get a message that says the Helix is not connected, of course it is and I have tried other USB cables and all USB ports on the PC. The only test that would possibly remain for me is to try with another PC but since my PC is new, I don't think that it will change anything but I will do the test whenever even for the sake of conscience. In the device manager I have a yellow triangle in front of the Helix. I tried updating the driver without success. Fortunately I have a Focusrite sound card which allows me to record despite this problem. I think I have looked at all the "easy" solutions available to me to resolve this but without success.
