Wawili_Sound
Hi all I don't have any registered products with line 6 so could not start a support ticket. a guitarist came into the studio and I was really impressed with his pedal and he told me I can get the plugin. I wanted to try the plugin but when downloaded and instantiated it says I have 0 minutes and it is not functional. I am keen to try the plugin before I buy it as it is a fair price. Does anyone know how I can get a working trial. I only downloaded about 30 minutes ago and already the trial is saying I have 0 minutes. Hi, When seeking assistance from other users it is a great help to know exactly what your Computer, Operating System and DAW are. Generally you can simply download and install Helix Native 3.71 and if it is not registered as a fully licensed version it should run as a fully functional version for 15 days. I'm not sure why you have a version that doesn't do that, and it's not something that I recall having seen previously. I have been using HX Native since it's first release. Anyhow, you said that you couldn't raise a support ticket because you don't own registered product. I'm not sure that you need to own any hardware contact support as you have already created a User Account in order to post here, I would suggest that you click on the SUPPORT item in the Menu above. Then click on the "Contact Support" icon on the page that appears. On the next page you have the option to "Open a Support Ticket" (click the link on that page), or you can call Line 6 on the number supplied. It maybe that you just need to authorise you computer through your user account. There is also this:- Hope this helpsmakes sense
