Kevhov
After 12 years of outstanding service my HD 300 has died. Everything lights up but no sound is coming out. Tried different guitar leads, headphones but nnothing. Anyone have any ideas to the problem?
silverhead
You could try a reset or reinstall the firmware... .... but after that length of time I suspect it's a hardware issue. Open a support ticket to see what your options are.

Is it possible that the last time you used it you tried an IR loader plugin and therefore you set (and forgot) the hardware monitoring volume to zero via the Line6 driver control panel? (If so, turn the hardware monitoring volume back up to maximum). If you set the device as your computer's audio interface, can the audio of the music being played be heard? _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ All about POD HD500/X help and useful tips
