MIDI clock receive stops

This might be a simple adjustment but I can’t figure it out. 
 

I use my loop station (RC-600) to control the tempo of all my devices for live performance. My Helix Floor receives the MIDI clock tempo until I stop all tracks on the looper… even though the looper is still sending tempo out to all other devices… but not Helix. 
 

I need the Helix to continue receiving MIDI tempo because time based effects get weird if I continue playing guitar after hitting “All stop” on the looper

If you can identify what (message) triggers the clock receiving  termination - that's the first step to a solution.  

 

I'd connect Helix via USB to a PC and use a MIDI monitor to track what MIDI messages actually come in and go from there.
