GATEBAR Posted May 20, 2024 Share Posted May 20, 2024 I have purchased the Helix Native, downloaded it and installed it into my DAW. I am using ACOUSTICA MIXCRAFT 10. When I open the software in my DAW, I have a box as attached image. At the bottom of the box, it says 'If you have already purchased Helix Native, click here to validate your purchase with the Line 6 store'. When I click it, nothing happens. From your screen shot it appears that you are logged into your Line 6 Account, so it is possible that this issue is just a glitch. First up - maybe you should read this for a possible cure.
