This is the continuing search for technics to organizing Presets, Setlits and Bundles and send down to Pedal. I sent inquiries to Line-6 years ago, right after I bought it because I was struggled with hardware routine, BIG USER View display and USB communication between PC and pedal. I stopped using but recently came back and ran into the a, FootSw problem. Last week I posted a topic about using FCB1010 to control presets of which I have good progress.

- Still finding about default path of files directories of Bundle, Setlist and Presets.

- I found info from this Forum about extracting Bundle to Excel sheet of contents. Have not tried from Setlist to Presets yet.

- I think I saw a way to open Preset file to see text (may be day-dreaming). Can it be done and can it be edited then saved? If this is possible, it can save me 80-90% of time to correct each preset tone then send and save. What I found from the corrupted Factory stokcs include; Missing Amp & Speakers, Inconsistent Mixer LR levels, Amp Gain and Output db.

- If I can edit data (as said above) in text or excel files then run as macro or script or bat file. Then it is a Bravo! If it take Java or Python then let it be.

- Now that I already extracted a Bundle file and obtain list of Preset and Playlist Number (1A-16A). I need to get similar Setlist table. (Wish me luck!)

- From my Excel, after I reshuffle the Presets and include path, I wish I can generate a script file, macro batch or exe to assemble to HD500X Edit extension. Ultimate goal is, I can send all down to board test the final sounds and ready to play live or record. We are talking about hundreds tones that require precise and flexible configuration.
