Hey! Aquired a Helix Rack a few months back for the studio. I’m in love! I got a bro deal on a Fcb1010 midi foot controller with an Eurekaprom v2.0 chip. I’ve read treads with the UNO chip which has different menu settings, and one with the EurekaProm v3.2 chip. That tread he stated that he mimicked the helix controller as best he could with presets, snapshots, looper, tap tempo and tuner. I have reached out to Dave at Eurekasound and he said the V2.0 is perfect for programming the helix through the PP mode and many have done it. The updates in Versions 3.0+ are geared more for fractal/Kemper. My question is how the hell do I program this thing? MIDI language hurts my brain. I have the setup instructions from EPROM, but I need help on the helix side. As of now I have 5 main presets with 4 snapshots each, I’m not to concerned with stomps at the moment, I got the sounds dialed in at studio. I need a video, or someone to hold my hand through the process. Any help would be awesome!! And I know the Helix controller would solve all these problems but I’m a father of 5 daughters and have a gear budget. the controller is $600 CAD, and they do not come up used without a helix attached. Hello, I've been using a FCB1010 to change my Line 6 Pod HD Pro presets for quite some time with no troubles, up until today. I tried to calibrate my expression pedals and since, the footswitches won't have any effect on the Pod. I've tried reseting the FCB1010 to factory settings, but it didn't work. I'm not very experienced in programming this piece of hardware and I haven't found any forum topic that managed to help me. I have also tried to use a different MIDI cable which didn't solve the matter, so I guess the problem doesn't come from there. I'm starting to think that the Pod could be at the source of this but I haven't done anything with it that could support this theory. So I think it all comes down to the pedalboard.

Hi. I have been trying to get my POD HD Pro X to fully function using a Behringer FCB1010 midi board. I have it changing the Pods presets and it's passing the command to the next midi effects unit. The issue is getting the expression pedals to work. I have programmed the FCB and it works perfectly for Wah and Volume with a Behringer V Amp pro. I have read manual after manual, the forums, and tried every combination. Selecting Vol and Wah in the preset, correct channel, in the Pods set up, I have tried all CC's inc 7, 1 and 2. The pedal appears to be connected, certainly, on pressing the pedals its numbers change from 0 - 127. Clearly, I am doing something wrong. I can find all manner of info with the FCB board programming, but nothing so far for a walkthrough to enter the correct information into the Pod. Been messing with it now for 5 days. Any advice or pointers would be appreciated. Many thanks in advance. Tony

Hi, I just got my Helix Rack yesterday and i bought an used FCB1010 foot controller to go with it, because I needed the Rack version and can't afford the Helix Control right now. I would like to configure it to work with the Helix but having absolutely no experiences with MIDI and amp modelers, I really don't know how to do it and where to start, or even what is possible to do beside switching presets. I pretty much only find informations on how to use the Helix AS a midi controller but that's obviously not what I want to do. So, If someone could help me, and/or point me to good documentation about this, It would be greatly appreciated!

Can you assign cc's to specific effects in the Pod HD Pro X? I'm trying to set up a Behringer FCB1010 with the eurekaprom 3 chip installed. No problems with changing patches, but I can't figure out how to toggle effects off and on in effects mode.

Hi! I'm trying to configurate my FCB1010 (UnO chip) with the software but i can't really make it work with my gear (Pod Hd Pro X). Do you have any guide that could help me? (already checked on the UnO website and also on Line 6 forums but unfortunately i didn't find something that helped me) or maybe a working Sysex file for the Pod HD Pro X (or also the Hd Pro) that i can send to my Fcb1010 ?? Hello, After a lot of time on it, I still do not understand how to achieve control my POD with my pedal set yet ... I know with my pedal (CC #, assign a value ...) but it's like it does not recognize messages sent. Default pedals change me my presets so it's already nice but no way to enable or disable an effect on a preset or use one of my pedals expressions for volume ... If anyone could help me that would be great! -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bonjour, Après pas mal de temps dessus, je ne comprends toujours pas comment faire pour parvenir à contrôler mon POD avec mon pédalier... Je sais pourtant programmer avec mon pédalier (attribuer un CC#, une valeur...) mais c'est comme s'il ne reconnaissait pas les messages envoyés. Par défaut les pédales me change mes présets c'est donc déjà sympa mais aucun moyen d'activer ou désactiver un effet sur un preset ou d'utiliser l'une de mes pédales d'expressions pour le volume... Si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider ce serait top!

Hi all, I was wondering if any of you are using the tap tempo function with the FCB1010? I've tried and failed multiple times to set this function up. I'm trying to set up Button 10 to send the tap tempo command to the Pod HD Pro X. Can any of you advise how to do this? Many thanks! Ash
