AnonPhibes
So I'm loving the Pod Express but it makes a chirping sound that reminds me of the noise you sometimes hear from the strings behind the nut. It's not that or the tremolo springs, makes no difference what guitar I use. Even if you just brush muted strings, you get the same chirp. Anyone else have this same issue? theElevators
only if you have a preset that has very high output level, it could be the clipping sound that you hear. Dial down the loudness of everything, that should help.
AnonPhibes
Thanks, it seems to happen on all presets but I notice the presets were all empty 'till I started programming sounds. This was the advance model, it was packaged as new but I wonder if anyone messed around with it before I bought it . . . maybe I should do a factory reset and see if there's a firmware update? AnonPhibes
OK the clean amp is clipping and the gain/boost is off, I'll look into that; thanks.
AnonPhibes
Yes! Factory reset brought back all the presets and none of them make that sound. This thing is unreal, love it.
