After a PC meltdown and a clean reinstall of Windows 10, I'm finding it impossible to get drivers and updates for the unit using Line 6 Monkey: 'Could not connect to the Line6 server to determine if updates are available'. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection. I have logged in to Monkey and the Line 6 website. I have attempted to open a support ticket, however I get unassociated knowledge base topics. The Pod is registered. I try to log in to Line 6 License Manager, however each time, I get the error message: 'Login failed'. There appears to be no available Line 6 Pod xt Updater available to download. It's driving me nuts.
