HELIX rack - import preset from file received by my friends that create a new one

Hi all,

when I try to import some kind of preset from file received by my friends that create a new one, I can't import it and receive this message:

"HX edit can't was unable to import this preset because the required licence was not found.

The followings product packs are available for purchase from helix Marketplace: * 65083.

I already before imported presets from him and with good results

 

Can you help e in this issue?

It would appear that your friends are sending you presets from packs they've purchased on the L6 Marketplace.

That's a BIG NO-NO!

Either buy the packs or inform your friends of the error of their ways!
