llzx
I've just recently gotten my Pod Go and downloaded some patches. I have set parameters for effects like my drive and delay, and set them to go the max value when the footswitch is turned on, but on certain snapshots, it is reversed. (goes to max value when light is off) and its really annoying as i dont know when the effect is in its max value and when it is not. i have tried reversing the max to min and min to max value but it only solves the problem for one snapshot and the other snapshots becomes reversed. any solutions? silverhead
It may be a design intent rather than a ‘problem’. You did not create these patches, and it’s quite common for min/max values to be reversed. I do it frequently in patches, for instance when I want to increase the Drive value of an amp I generally need to simultaneously decrease the Channel Volume to keep the overall preset volume consistent. Before looking for a way to ‘solve the problem’ I suggest you analyze the reason for the preset designer to have done that. Once you determine why it was done you can then decide whether you like that design and, if not, change the design. The solution may not be to simply make the Max value correspond to a light.
