I tried to do a factory reset doing the C and D button while turning on the device. Did not clear up the screen. Any help out there?

mstoichevich
FIXED!!! Download 1.40 firmware and selected it in updater. Pod go started normally. Then updated the same way to 2.0. Not updating to 2.5 again
silverhead
You don’t say why your initial upgrade to v2.50 was interrupted. You also don’t mention your update procedure. It is critical that you download and install all components of the v2.50 POD Go Edit installation package before updating. If you didn’t do that your problem is explained. If you did do that and you’re not sure why update failed it was probably a disruption in usb communication. Since this did not happen during your two rollbacks to earlier versions it will probably not happen again. Your decision to remain at v2.0 is yours to make, of course, but there’s no reason to expect that upgrading to v2.50 will fail again. It’s not a firmware problem, nor a general problem with the procedure. It’s worked just fine for almost all users, though some may need to repeat the process due to dynamic and unexpected errors like usb interruptions. For added security against a usb interruption you could download the firmware file first and then choose ‘update from file’ when running Line 6 Updater. This minimizes the time requirement for a stable usb connection since the time required to download the firmware file from the server during the update procedure is removed. mlcorey
Lost bass amps and none of the new cabinets work. Bass presets work but can't switch amps.
mstoichevich
In my case, the update to 2.50 was completed , in pod go editor there was a sign that indícates this. But in the pod go sceeen still was "updating". Half and hour later I turned the pod go off. And when turned on again there was the issue.
