ltwhite Posted April 1, 2025 Share Posted April 1, 2025 I have had issues with USB devices and cables in the past believe it or not. I can't remember which USB 2.0 B cable I have but I know for a fact it did not play well with the Helix and then I found the one it came with and have never had any issues.
