I am attempting to install the Editor for my new HX ONE.

The cable is connected from the HX ONE to my laptop (Windows 10).

I've downloaded it, but when I try to open it I get

'No Device Connected' as the image below.

 

Could someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong.
