jshep0102
I have the unit hooked up to my laptop also tried desktop). I get a fairly large level of noise through my Laney LFR212 from the connection. There is no noise when disconnected. I have tried turning off the pod go audio on both laptop/ desktop, same level. I've tried 2 different cables, no difference. I'm not using this for recording, only editing presets. Even with the Pod Go master out at zero, I get this noise. What am I doing wrong? Thanks much! silverhead
Noise like this is usually explained by an electrical ground loop. Try connecting your computer and your POD Go to different electrical outlets, ideally on different household circuits. A reliable solution is to purchase a ground loop eliminator.
jshep0102
Thanks much for the help! I tried plugging the Laney into 3 different circuits in my house to no avail. I don't get the noise in headphones, just the Laney. Oddly, I don't get it w/ my Axefx iii. So, a 3 pin to 2 pin AC adapter? Just to ensure I follow. Thank ya.
