Xa2arra Posted May 14 Share Posted May 14 Hello, My Helix Native won't let me register more devices, it says that I have registerd 11 of 11 and even unauthorizing them won't work. Most of these devices are the same device, just that I installed a new CPU or that I have reformatted the PC entirely. I need help with this I can record anything, and I tried filling a support ticket but it just redirects me to the FAQ so I can't contact anybody! Hi, When you try to raise a ticket and enter “unauthorise device” in the search box, it returns a series of results which can appear as FAQs. You should find that at the top of the returned search results there is a section which reads - “If none of this information helped solve your issue, click here to start your ticket:” with a button named “open ticket”. From there you should be able to continue to the next page. You then need to click on the option “No Product Applies” and continue from there. Hope this helps/makes sense.
