jmp22684
Is there a way to do this in hx edit or anything? My Toe switch no longer works - updated, reset, etc... its probably physical. I never really use it anyways. What I do use a lot is the expression pedal to turn things on and off that I need to do quickly. Right now I need exp 1 to activate some stuff in snapshot 1 and I need exp 2 to activate some stuff in snapshot two. I can't get the board to switch between exp1 and exp2 though. Been an issue for a while, but my old patches were already programmed so no big deal, however new group, new songs and I am now stuck turning on a distortion pedal and compressor I need in snapshot two while also activating a reverse delay for a clean part I need in snapshot 1. theElevators
Well, you can assign multiple things to the same expression pedal 1. And simply mix things out in the snapshot where they shouldn't be heard. Simple as that. Take your blocks in question, assign the mix parameter to snapshots. Make all the blocks you need active at all times, just mix things you don't need out. I use this trick all the time. I never use the toe switch. That would be the easiest workaround.
jmp22684
This is what I am doing for the reverse delay on snapshot 2 - simple as that. I don't actively use the toe switch when playing out. However, snapshot 1 is clean, snapshot 2 I activate Teemah for quick parts using the expression pedal - dist block don't have a mix parameter. I don't want Teemah turning out with snapshot 1's reverse delay.
theElevators
You can add an A/B path and put your distortion pedal in it. So that the path itself will be assigned to the snapshots. In one snapshot it's path A, in another path B.
theElevators
Or if you must... attach the preset here, somebody can click the exp pedal in, re-save it, and send it back to you.
