jkuche
Will the DSP increase improve delay, verb and other effects ( Agoura modelling sounds like a significant improvement, so not concerned there) ? Comment on DSP limits/headroom given the new algorithms and intensive effects such as polypitch, synths etc- would the increased DSP handle any increase in DSP demands for new iterations of effects? What is the DSP increase compared w Helix. ? DSP compared w Fractal FM9 ? Thank you . Super cool . Love the UI !
Gary-Paul
What DSP chip will be driving the Stadium models?
SaschaFranck
Raw DSP juice seems to be 2-2.5 as much according to some L6 representative in some YT comment. Anything else can not be answered but I'd guess that some of that power overhead will also be used to improve quite some FX.
jkuche
Crickets so far as definitive answer as to the DSP increase for Stdium vs OG. I guess it really doesnt matter much if the software /modelling is improved , but then again...
Vanderdecker
Last I heard was ~ 2x the dsp of the OG helix, but how much more powerful really depends on the dsp usage of the new models as well as any new effects. And has there been any more optimization in the old effects? Pretty much a lot of big guesses atm.
