Enal_narasian Posted June 23 Share Posted June 23 Dear Helix Line 6 team , i have helix line 6 floor with Firmware Version 3.110-022c9b2. usually i press preset to open the set list but now i press button preset it is not respond . silverhead Posted June 23 Share Posted June 23 I suggest you update the firmware to the latest release, v3.80. This may solve the issue. If not, return here for further help. To update the firmware begin by downloading the HX Edit v3.82 installation package. Install all components. Then run the HX Edit program and follow the prompts to update the firmware.
