So I was updating my podgo on the podgo editor app and everything was normal untill an error occured and it said something along the lines of "rebooting device to restart update" or something. I waited about 15-30 minute and nothing changed so I decided to turn it off and restart the update. Big mistake, the podgo was frozen on the loading screen and factory reseting it didn't work. So I downloaded the Line 6 updater and put the podgo into update mode and I tried to update the podgo in hopes of unfreezing it but instead, the update just fails instantly. I even tried offline updating it with the file but that didn't work either. Any help please, I spent so much money on this and it doesn't even work. Solution needed ASAP cause Im gonna be gigging with this next week and I don't have the money to just buy another one or other pedals.

First, open a support ticket to deal directly with Line 6 tech support (this is a user-to-user peer support forum).

Meanwhile, give us some info about your computer (Mac/PC? Desktop/laptop?) and operating system. I suspect a USB connection issue. Avoid using any usb hubs; if using a PC desktop use a rear panel rather than front panel usb port. Try a different usb cable.

Try these procedures:
