My files were all backed up, but I've had to reinstall all of my apps. I had gotten Metallurgy on offer when I bought a HELIX a couple of years ago - there is a proper invoice in my account for it - but it was at no charge since it was a special offer. silverhead Posted November 7 Share Posted November 7 Not sure this is the way to do it, but I would try running Line 6 License Manager while logged into your account. You might also try authorizing your (perceived as new) computer within your Line 6 account.
