Daaniml Posted November 26 Share Posted November 26 Hi! Today is my first day with the Helix Stadium XL and everything was fine untill i load some IR´s to try them. When I select one inside of the cab block, my screen fades out into the "Line6 Helix Stadium xl" and I cant do anything I dont know if its any bug or whatever, but i tried everything to do a factory reset and i cant find a way to do it manually with some button combination (I already read the way to restore it but obviously i cant because do anything with the screen like that! jeje) Can anyone help me plis? If not, open a support ticket. Once you can see the main screen, In the top left corner you will see a menu button, an icon with several horizontal bars. One of the selections from the menu is Helix Stadium Maintenance. One of the maintenance options (top right area of the display) is Restore Factory Defaults. The Helix StadiumMaintenance screen is not available from the Menu icon. It is only available through a startup sequence. You can hold down either FS 6 and 12 (as I suggested) or the Home and Song buttons (as described in the manual) when powering up. 1 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
