pdkattner Posted Saturday at 04:13 AM Share Posted Saturday at 04:13 AM I am using Snapshot mode and under certain situations, if I tap the the preset up/down arrows, the Stadium gets stuck on the "--- New Preset" screen or freezes up entirely with no easy way to get off of the stuck screen. This would be pretty terrifying if it happened live. Tapping the preset up/down arrows stops working so you can't get back to your previous preset. If I save the stuck or empty preset, then I can get back to my presets list. My presets are set up as follows. This behavior happens when I am on "2C" and I tap on the preset up footswitch. mkopec Posted Monday at 01:07 AM Share Posted Monday at 01:07 AM Makes me sweat just thinking about this happening, especially after this morning. So I used my board live for the first time today. I was a bit apprehensive about having the familiarity to use it live this early, but figured I had my old Helix out in my vehicle if anything went wrong. Everything was setup and tested dozens of times over the past few days. I was just marching through the 5 presets we would be playing just moments before practice, and one of my presets just vanished from view after pressing a button! Can't even recall which button. I tend to setup the Helix with Presets on top row and Snapshots on the bottom. The button I pressed landed the preset somewhere into the vast User folder, where I have hundreds of saved presets imported from my old Helix. I can only imagine I hit some sort of Delete, and since it was in a folder I created for Live play, I was able to find another version in the User folder? I had to quickly find it and figure out what tap-dance I was going to need to do when it came to quickly getting to that particular song, and then back again. Makes me think the safest thing is to start utilizing the Setlist feature moving forward for the live situations? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
